Warranty Service

All products presented in our online store are covered by a guarantee. The exact terms are indicated on the website in the position description or in the check. Depending on the category of equipment or accessory, they vary from 14 days to 18 months. Warranty obligations can be provided by the seller or manufacturer.

If during the warranty period a defect was detected through the fault of the manufacturer and in the event that the breakdown cannot be eliminated at the service center, we will exchange the product for a similar one.

1. Complete product (box, manual, charger and other accessories);
2. Warranty card and purchase receipt from our store;
3. An act of the service center with the conclusion that the product has a manufacturing defect;
4. Statement (provided by the manager).

You may be denied warranty obligations if the goods were damaged through the fault of the user or the protective seals installed by the manufacturer were opened. And also if a self-opening or repair was made in an unauthorized service center. The reason for the refusal may be an erased or changed IMEI, or a serial number, non-certified software is installed.
