1.1.1. “Administration of the online store website (hereinafter – the Website Administration)” – authorized employees managing the website, acting on behalf of rosa1.com, who organize and (or) perform the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (the subject of personal data).

5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunication operators, solely for fulfilling the User’s order placed on rosa1.com, including product delivery.
5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on legal grounds and in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
5.4. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration shall inform the User about such loss or disclosure.
5.5. The Website Administration takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
5.6. The Website Administration and the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
6.1. The User shall:

6.2. The Website Administration shall:

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User upon request from the User, their representative, or an authorized body for personal data protection, for the period of verification if false or unlawful actions are detected.
7.1. The Website Administration that fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except for cases provided for in clauses 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration shall not be liable if this information:
7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
8.1. Before going to court with a claim arising from the relationship between the User and the Website Administration, a pre-trial claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement) must be submitted.
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy or amendments thereto shall take effect from the moment they are published on the website unless otherwise specified in the new version.
