Request for Account or Data Deletion

If you have an account on our website rosa1.com and wish to delete your account or personal data, please contact us using one of the methods below.

How to request deletion

You can send a deletion request by email to: info@rosa1.com

In your message, please specify:

• Your registered email address;
• Full name (optional);
• Whether you want to delete the entire account or only personal data (name, phone, address, etc.);
• Order number (if applicable).

Processing time

All requests are processed within 14 days. Once your request is confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted from our system in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Important

After deletion, your order history and saved addresses will no longer be available. Some data may be temporarily stored in backups for technical reasons (up to 30 days).
