The reverse osmosis system of increased productivity is similar in scheme to household reverse osmosis systems, however, it differs from them in increased productivity and a tank of 85 liters with a system of automatic maintenance of the water level. The system is designed to work in the conditions of the city water supply. The presence of a pump allows the filter to be operated in conditions of low pressure in the water supply system - from 0.5 kg / cm². Mechanical and carbon filters effectively remove suspended particles, organic contaminants, and chlorine, reverse osmosis membrane - 99% of other contaminants contained in water, including heavy metal ions, bacteria and viruses.
Stages of water purification:
1st stage of purification - mechanical filter made of foamed polypropylene. Performs mechanical cleaning of suspensions, sand. Degree of purification - 5 microns. Service life - 6,000 liters or 6 months.
2nd stage of purification - pressed carbon cartridge "ROSA-541" for preliminary absorption purification. Service life - 6,000 l or 6 months.
3rd stage of purification - reverse osmosis membrane. Removes almost all organic pollutants (trihalomethanes, etc.), as well as foreign liquids dissolved in water, salts of heavy metals, iron, mercury, arsenic, manganese, etc. Membrane material - thin-film composite hole diameter - 1 angstrom (10-10 m). Only water molecules pass through, and impurities (up to radionuclides) merge into the drainage. The diameter of the membrane holes is 200 times smaller than the size of viruses and 4000 times smaller than bacteria. Service life is about 3-5 years. Purification efficiency up to 99%.
4th stage of purification - post-filter. Contains high-quality activated carbon from coconut shells. Provides elimination of foreign tastes and odors. Resource - 6000l. Service life - 6 months.
